How worthless is my congressperson? Stephen Lynch

Sponsor of:
H.CON.RES.376 : Recognizing ironworkers for their service in the rescue and recovery efforts in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks against the United States on September 11, 2001.

H.R. 4218 Amends Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: 9902.54.02 Synthetic filament yarn (other than sewing thread) not put up for retail sale, single, of decitex sizes of 23 to 850, with between 4 and 68 filaments, untwisted, of nylon or other polyamides, containing 10 percent or more by weight of nylon 12 (provided for in subheading 5402.41.90), as temporarily dutyfree.

H.R. 4230 Requires the United States Customs Service to reliquidate certain entries of tomato sauce preparations.
thats it, 3 bills all year, one gratuitous 911 bill, one on tomato sauce, and 1 (two of the same) on yarn. granted, hes the co-sponsor of some good bills, but comeon! i dont feel represented.

ok, one last poli-post...

yay, tonight i found something ive been looking for (for months): programming instructions for my vcr remote... sure sounds like an easy task, right? well, philips main site had never heard of my remote and multiple searches of the internet returned nothing useful about my particular remote. but, if you read the fine print on the philips site, all manuals for models manufactured before 2001 are actually stored on a different site. *sigh* so i found them and have now printed enough copies to put about everywhere i keep important papers, including taping one to the vcr itself! i will never get up to touch the tv again!
