thinking about that error...

can you imagine working for microsofts technical support? the fucking questions you'd get:
hi, um i just got an error 89f521e6872b47d774, it goes on to tell me that its in line 7458. what do i do?

um yeah...
find the person that decided that micro$oft offered the best solution and shoot them then set fire to your server room and go home for the day.

i wonder, do those random groups of numbers they give actually mean something... i mean is there a book somewhere that defines a '80040e73' and is that a whole bunch different from a '80040e74' or one that has a 'd' or 'f' in it?
