ads and went dark (with my card inside) - either a power failure or a hard freeze. i called the number on the atm (which happens to be my banks 800#), the rep wasn't sure what to do and i got to hold. eventually, she took a report and told me to cancel my card. um yeah, after another phone call, i have no card and $1 in my wallet. needless to say, i will be at the bank tomorrow morning for cash (hopefully its open since mondays a holiday). there go my plans for ny.
